Anakhsoft provides web development, AI automation, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work between you and Anakhsoft.

4. Intellectual Property

We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anakhsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements unless explicitly stated in a project agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning any ongoing work.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
